This is a little "diamond wheel grinder" that I put together. It is comprised of a 6" wheel, put on a vintage Peerless 1/2 HP motor using a special grinder wheel adaptor. This setup is surprisingly (for me) quiet and grinds my tungstens. I think that I would prefer a 3450 RPM motor to a 1750 RPM motor, but I had this one already from a garage sale.
